We are cheerful again to organize the great

SPRINGER RALLY

August 29 – 30 – 31, 2025
Registration closes on June 15th, 2025!

You can participate in this exclusive weekend with a Heritage Springer / Springer Classic (FLSTS/I/FLSTSC/I – 1997-2003, 2005-2007) and, as an exception, a Cross Bones (FLSTSB – 2008-2011).

If you have friends or acquaintances with a motorcycle just mentioned, please inform them about this weekend.

You can only participate after registration; for this, go to the registration section for more info.

Foreign participants, or those that need to travel a long distance, are advised to arrive a day earlier, on thursday, at the Van der Valk hotel or some place near Molenhoek, on your own initiative. Please book a room in a timely manner.

Schedule

Friday, August 29
We gather 10:00 at the Van der Valk hotel ‘de Molenhoek‘ in Molenhoek, the Netherlands. Upon entry, please register that you are present! Time for a reunion or acquaintance, coffee and tea inside.

Make sure that you arrive on time and fully refueled at the starting point.

We will continue with a great trip through the area of Groesbeek and other places. With a total of  +/- 145 kilometers. Our lunch will be in Reuver at ‘Boscafé de Grens’.

Around 14:00-14:30 our ride-out continues to our final destination, hotel Rosveld in the city of Nederweert, where we will stay overnight.

We will have a three-course dinner around 19:00 PM.

Saturday, August 30
We start with breakfast between 8:00-9:00 AM, followed by a great ride-out with a total of +/- 185 kilometers through Maastricht and some parts of Belgium. We start our engines at 10:00 AM. Don’t forget your passport/ID. Lunch is around 13:30 at ‘Brasserie de Grens’ in Eijsden. Good times!

In the afternoon we will visit the antique motorcycle shop ‘Yesterdays‘ in Nederweert. We arrive back at our hotel around 17:00 PM. Dinner around 19:00 PM. We will stay overnight in our hotel.

Sunday, August 31
After breakfast (8:00-9:00 AM) please pay at the Reception of the hotel for your own drinks you ordered during this weekend (linked to your room number).

We will pack our bags and we end this weekend with a trip partly taking the famous Airborne route. Around 107 kilometers in total. Around 13:30 coffee/tea and pastry at ‘Eetcafé de Oude Molen‘ in Groesbeek. We will say goodbye and we hope to meet you again soon.

•  Cost, registration and closing date  • 

Price for the Springer Rally weekend is per person: 

 € 452,- for a single room, 2 nights, per person.
or
 € 291,- for a double room, 2 nights, per person.

Needless to say, the double room will be shared with a fellow Springer enthusiast.

The weekend includes the following:

  • Two nights, two breakfasts at the hotel Rosveld in Nederweert
  • Coffee / tea / pastries upon arrival
  • Lunch during the ride-out on Friday and Saturday
  • Diners on Friday and Saturday.
  • Coffee / tea / pastries on Sunday afternoon
  • The whole weekend an unforgettable fun ride in good company.

All other drinks at the Hotel Rosveld in Nederweert are at your own expense.

•  Points of attention and agreement  • 

  • You can not participate in the Springer Rally with a motor other than the one you registered with. No exceptions.
  • You can not reservate or cancel a room at the hotel on your own initiative.
  • The HSON is not responsible if you can’t partipate for some reason. Keep in mind to only sign up if you are ready to. Once registered, you agree to transfer the one-time fee for this weekend. Your participation will be final after payment. Our commitment, organization and website takes a lot of our time and effort. For this reason, we do not refund. 
  • We advise you to initiate an insurance contract in case you are prevented, feeling sick or having a unforeseen breakdown, flat tires, engine problems. The hotel will not refund anything either. Please, do not take any risks and take own responsibility.
  • Every participant is expected to take care of a well-maintained motorcycle. Do the necessary preparations and nourishment.
  • Make sure that you arrive on time and fully refueled at the starting point. If you can not arrive on time on Friday, August 29th, please inform the Van der Valk hotel in Molenhoek and ask them to inform us as organisation about this.
  • With safety in mind, we ride in staggered formation (also named: ‘brick formation‘, see link) unless the road is too narrow. With narrow roads, participants drive safely at a distance. Within the group you will keep your own line.
  • Each participant is at all times at his / her own accountability and risk and should feel responsible for the other participants.
  • The driving style is such that calmness stays in the group.
  • Driving in a group requires continuous concentration and attention to each other.
  • The HSON and/or any of the places we visit can not be held liable for any damage, loss or theft. In addition, always lock your motorcycle to a chain.

With registering for this Springer Rally weekend, you fully acknowledge and comply with these points of attention.
