– SPRINGER RALLY –
August 28 – 29 – 30, 2026
Registration closes on February 28th, 2026. All payments must be received by March 1st in order to ensure your stay with us.
You can participate in this exclusive weekend with a Heritage Springer / Springer Classic (FLSTS/I/FLSTSC/I – 1997-2003, 2005-2007) and, as an exception, a Cross Bones (FLSTSB – 2008-2011).
If you have friends or acquaintances with a motorcycle just mentioned, please inform them about this weekend.
You can only participate after registration; for this, go to the registration section for more info.
Foreign participants, or those that need to travel a long distance, are advised to arrive a day earlier, on Thursday, August 27, at the Van der Valk hotel in Zwolle (or some hotel nearby). This is on your own initiative. Please book a room in a timely manner.

Friday, August 28
We gather at 10:00 at the Van der Valk hotel in Zwolle, the Netherlands. Upon entry, please register that you are present! Time for a reunion or acquaintance. If you are delayed, please inform us immediately.

Make sure that you arrive on time and fully refueled at the starting point.

We will continue with a great scenic trip through the ‘Weerribben’. A beautiful national park in the Steenwijkerland and Zwartewaterland municipalities in the Overijssel province. Lunch is included of course. Finally, we will head to our accomodation in Witteveen, Drenthe.
Our hotel for the weekend: Boutique Hotel Het Witte Veen, a lovely place where they have both single and double rooms.

Saturday, August 29
We start with breakfast between 8:00-10:00, followed by a great ride-out through the province of Drenthe. We will also include a bit of our “old Drenthe”, for a touch of nostalgia. We start our engines at 10:30. Good times!
Sunday, August 30
After breakfast (8:00-10:00) we will pack our bags and we conclude this weekend with a ride-out, ending with coffee. We will say goodbye and we hope to meet you again soon.
• Cost, registration and closing date •
Price for the Springer Rally weekend:
€ 399,- per person for a private, single room, 2 nights
or
€ 329,- per person for a shared, double room, 2 nights
Needless to say, the double room will be shared with a fellow Springer enthusiast. Beds are taken apart.
The weekend includes the following:
- Coffee / tea / pastries upon arrival in Zwolle
- Two nights and two breakfasts at the hotel in Witteveen
- Lunch during the ride-outs on Friday and Saturday
- Three course dinners (with a choice of 2 menus) on Friday and Saturday.
- Coffee / tea / pastries on Sunday afternoon
- Drinks are FREE from 16:00-23:00 hours at the hotel in Witteveen. Drinks included are unlimited coffee, soft drinks, beer and wine. Drinks which are not included: specialty beer and spirits, which must be paid for separately.
- The whole weekend an unforgettable fun ride in good company.

The final possibility for registration closes on Februari 28th. To take advantage of the early bird discount, all bookings and payments must be received by March 1st. After this specific date, prices will obviously go up.

• Points of attention and agreement •
- You can not participate in the Springer Rally with a motor other than the one you registered with. No exceptions.
- You can not reservate or cancel a room at the hotel ‘Het Witte Veen’ on your own initiative. Registrations and/or cancellations go through us.
- The HSON is not responsible if you can’t partipate for some reason. Keep in mind to only sign up if you are ready to. Once registered, you agree to transfer the one-time fee for this weekend. Your participation will be final after payment. Our commitment, organization and website takes a lot of our time and effort. For this reason, we do not refund.
- We advise you to initiate an insurance contract in case you are prevented, feeling sick or having a unforeseen breakdown, flat tires, engine problems. The hotel will not refund anything either. Please, do not take any risks and take own responsibility.
- Every participant is expected to take care of a well-maintained motorcycle. Do the necessary preparations and nourishment.
- Make sure that you arrive on time and fully refueled at the starting point. If you can not arrive on time on Friday, August 28th, please inform us as organisation immediately.
- With safety in mind, we ride in staggered formation (also named: ‘brick formation‘, see link) unless the road is too narrow. With narrow roads, participants drive safely at a distance. Within the group you will keep your own line. We also use the drop off-system.
- Each participant is at all times at his / her own accountability and risk and should feel responsible for the other participants.
- The driving style is such that calmness stays in the group.
- Driving in a group requires continuous concentration and attention to each other.
- The HSON and/or any of the places we visit can not be held liable for any damage, loss or theft. In addition, always lock your motorcycle to a chain.
With registering for this Springer Rally weekend, you fully acknowledge and comply with these points of attention.
